These lap desks are wonderful for doing homework in the car and they even have a cup holder built in!!

Don't Worry we didn't forget about the little boys! We have a great little boy brand of lunch boxes coming in a week or so!

Inspiration

Do you find yourself overwhelmed every time you think about your nursery? It is so easy to be with all the great things the world has to offer for babies these days. So where do you begin? Start with an inspiration for the room. It can be anything, a piece of art, a paint chip, even a stuffed animal you purchased the day you found out you were pregnant. Below we have taken three different inspirations and created a boy, girl and a neutral room around it.

Here is our first inspiration. It is a beautiful handmade piece by a husband and wife team in Atlanta. It measures 36"x48" and would look perfect over any changing table. It has a sweet little saying about always being kind and growing up to be big and strong. Perfect for every little boy.

With this guy being Blue, Green and White it just picked our colors for us!

For the walls this color is called "Comfort Gray" From Sherwin Williams. SW6205. Thinking outside the box from doing a light blue or sage green on the walls, but will still coordinate with all the blue and green you do have in the room.

Iron Cribs are back. They are beautiful and are a timeless piece that you can pass down to your grandchildren. This crib below would be beautiful for our room in an antique white.

With this Blue and Green Argyle Bedding from House Inc. It ties in with inspiration but still says sweet baby boy. It comes in a three-piece crib set which includes your bumper, sheet and crib skirt.

Our Dresser Matching The Crib in an Antique White from Bratt Decor.

The floor should not be overlooked in a Nursery since you have so much open space. This Square Rug from Serena and Lily would go perfect in our space.

Now on to the girl Nursery. Our inspiration for this room is this Beautiful crib from Bratt Decor. It just screams little girl! With this bed your options are still endless so to narrow down which colors you would like to use.

With this bed your options are still endless so narrow down your colors that you wish to use. You can always use light pink, but for non-pink people and to make it a little more dramatic we choose a pretty mocha for the walls.

With the mocha brown on the walls will make this Garden Toile bedding from New Arrivals pop in the room.

Add this beautiful light pink dresser with removable changing tray from House Inc. This is a girly piece and a great way to add lots of pink in the room. This is also a piece that can grow with your little girl for years to come.

As for artwork this beautiful light pink Sugarboo frame will look absolutely beautiful over the crib. That saying says it all!

Last But not Least the Neutral Nursery. Most customers always think this is much harder to do because you are limited to green and yellow. Well have you thought about a nursery in creams and tans. It is most certainly different but can still be made cozy for that new little one.

This Bedding from Serena and Lily is our inspiration for our neutral room. It is a beautiful off white and natural linens with big ties and lots of detail on the skirt. This is also a three-piece set.

Since our Bedding is calm we choose a more dramatic crib for the room.
Antique Bronze from Bratt Decor...so stunning.

To add a little color in the room this picture from Oopsy Daisy is perfect for over the changing table. It has all the colors we are using in this room plus a aqua blue which can go either way.

This sweet cream frame from Ashby Everett Frames will match our bedding perfect. It will be so pretty hanging over the bed with the coming home outfit on that beautiful cross hook.

So remember to start with an inspiration...and be creative!!! All of these things can be found in Fireflies and Fairytales. Bring your inspiration in and we will help you create the perfect nursery.
